Well, it's not Paradox who would be giving us a screenshot, it's Snowball, as they are the developers. ;)

From what I understand, they're not putting out a screenshot until beta, because the last thing they're working on now is the user interface, and that completely changes the look of the game. I don't think they want to put out a screenie until they're done with that.
