Impossible to play with 2 PC on the same game!

Hi!
I ve got 2 Pc connected to a Dlink-DI704p,and i can only join a game with 1 of my PC ,because of NAT, i can't forward the same ports for both PC!
Does anybody can give me a solution to play with my 2 PC (a friend of mine want to play with me) on Vnet,AT THE SAME TIME????????

use hamachi in this case:

verify both IPs of the pc's
change them, but put them in the same "gama" or serial
like 168.192.110/ 168.192.1.11
