I'm sorry for inconvenience, but I took a look on the FAQ of the manufacturer of my motherboard and it explains somethings obscurely why the OS recognizes only 24 MB regardless the actual value, but the point is that I'm aware of that it works OK.
However, the BIOS as startup also reports 32 MB, so everything OK.

Just dont forget to get urself WinXP... saves you from alot of crashes
