Install Shield Wizard doesn't work!

When i tried to reinstall Hoi2, the installer didn't work! What shall i do?

Well, i'll explain myself correctly. When i tried to reinstall HOI, the installer showed me an "cyclic redundance error". By what i know about PC's, i thought it was a CD problem, but then i tried to install it in a laptop and it worked. What can I do? I erased register entries, too.

Could be you have a virus or out of date installshield files.
