Hello,

(Sorry for my poor english, I'm French)

I've juste downloaded EU2 from Gamersgate (I lose my CD copy). But when I click on "Install", all I get is "You should use the add/remove programs tool of the control panel" (not exactly, I translate from French). It doesn't work when I execute the "autolaunch" file from the "add/remove programs" of the control panel. If someone can help me... thank you very much !

OK, I just tried this as I haven't used the new GG installer before. GG downloaded a small file Download Europa Universalis II.exe to my machine; I double clicked on that and it did the full game download to a directory GamersGate temporary files. When the download finished it automatically ran the installer. There was no "click on install" part of the process. If I run it again it gives me options to Repair or Remove EU2. I can't see how to generate the situation or message you described at all. There is no Autolaunch or anything like it in add/remove in the control panel, just EU2 itself.

So frankly I've no idea what's happened or what you've done. Do you have a Download Europa Universalis II.exe file? What exactly happens when you double-click on it?

I've understood the problem : the "Download EU II.exe" file didn't work because I wasn't identified as administrator in the session I opened... nothing to do with EU II nor with Gamers' Gate. In any way thanks for your help !
