I recently bought a new computer that is running Vista and when I attempted to install HOI: Doomsday I keep running into the same error message at 92% complete. It states:
Component Transfer Error
File: E:\DATA2.CAB
Error: Data Error (Cyclic Redundancy Check)
I also looked at the CD itself to see if the problem could have been related to scratches or marks but its still clean with no scarring. Not sure what to do but I've never had this problem when I installed the game onto my old computer or my laptop.
