Installation/reinstallation problem.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.

I manually uninstalled HoI 2.

But when I try to install it again on the same machine I get a message which says:

An installation support file could not be installed.

Catastrophic failure.

What's going on ?
