Not a good start, just purchased the game but can't access the instructions. Can they be downloaded?

Did you get the game from GamersGate? If so you should be able to download the manual from the same screen you downloaded the game from. I didn't get HOI2 from GG but I have purchased 3 other games from there and all had a downloadable manual.

While your there, I assume the sensible thing to do would be to install the patches found in Tech support.
Being a bit new to this could you tell me if 1.3 includes the updates found within 1.1 and 1.2 or do I need to install all three?
