Present with electoral reform would be the most interesting: creating the new kind of politics that requires coalitions and the like.

Or, rather than having it straight off, it could be something for various parties to work towards or against. Surely it would be more fun to play the messy transition from the Westminster System to the new system than just having everything perfect from the off?

Since one of the main points of the game is to avoid a duopoly, coalitions will likely be a need from the start. Reforms are pretty likely if a Lib Dem type party can hold the balance, so I'll see how players will pursue this.

Since it looks like a present game is the most preferred, we will be going through with that. Expect a main thread/sign-ups soon.

Maybe the AV referendum succeeds, Scotland leaves, and the 2015 election yields utter chaos?

The real purpose is to just provide players basically a clean slate to be elected from. The main thing is just achieve it from a plausible perceptive.

I'll probably change it from the op on this thread to fit with my more current plans, but I'd like to keep Britain mostly intact for our players.

By the way for those curious, I'm hoping to get the game up by tomorrow so we can finally dive into this....

You didn't really just say that, did you? :p
