Interface - Have tooltips pop up when pressing on the word instead of hovering over

I propose an option to have the tooltips on highlighted words accessable when pressing on the word instead of hovering over it, perhaps even as the standard option for experienced players. Another suggestion is to have the highlighted words greyed out when you've read it. This would in my opinion reduce the interface clutter by a lot.
