Hello;

Is there a limit to how far apart two players can be when playing online? My buddy and I played for hours yesterday with my being Germany and he being Italy - not a single problem.

Tonight we are trying to play with me being Germany and he being Japan and we can't hold a connection for more than five minutes.

Nothing has changed on either computer but we can't hold a connection together and we have both tried hosting.

Please advise,

GP

No there is not. In-game geographic distance between the player-controlled countries is meaningless as far as game stability. Real-life geographic distance trends towards instability, but I've played stable games with Europeans before.

mhh maybe the japanplayer has a computer thats to slow to play bigger countries ... (is japan bigger than italy ? :))

perhaps forgotten to turn off emule :)

retry to play with ger/ita or playe with lower speed.... ask him somtimes for the ingame time.
