Interwar start date?

Are there any mods offering interwar gameplay, starting from around 1920ish? I think it'd be fun to see the rise of Fascists to power in Italy rather than having them start off well-cemented, or to play as the Weimar Republic and see can you stop the rise of radicalism, left and right
