Just got via steam. Use W7 and a genius netscroll 100 mouse. Everything with initial screens such as scenario selections. However, when I load up tutorials or other scenario, the mouse cursor disappears about 3cm below top of screen as if it's going behind a wall. It is still actually working as tooltips show and choice boxes light up when the invisible cursor goes over them, and react properly when click on them.
However, the game is completely unplayable with this problem. Not a problem I've had with this or any other mouse ever. Restarting game or computer makes no difference
Advice welcome as I was really looking forward to playing what looks like a really good mod of my favourite version of HOI
