Iron Cross 1.01+ Rev. 3 Error

Hello. I installed an Revision 3 patch into IC 1.01. When I tried to play a 1933 scenario as the USA, everything worked fine. But when I tried to 1933 scenario play as Germany or Sovioet Union, an error tam has been displayed while loading scenario:

I clicked "Ignore" and then the game loaded succesfully and everything worked. In 1934 scenario everything loaded without problems. Well, maybe one thing- I can´t change any minister/chief of army,... in the diplomacy tab. In 1.01 without revision I could change at least a few of them. Is it a bug, or WAD? I know that it is an unofficial patch, so there may be some problems. I hope that the problem will be solved in next hotfix/rev. 4/IC 1.02.

BTW, the thread with Research modifiers has moved to another page, so this part of post is for Daboo

Anyway can you please tell us wich tech has not the "+" symbol?

Every tech that modifies research speed by 0,5. There is only "Research modifier 0,5":

You need Armageddon or Arsenal of Democracy. Iron Cross doesn't work with Doomsday

Every tech that modifies research speed by 0,5. There is only "Research modifier 0,5":

And green and red system is very good idea

Reinstall everything and make sure that your installation of Armagedoon is clean before installing Iron Cross

But I installed Iron Cross on the Arsenal of Democracy (version 1.05).

You need Armageddon or Arsenal of Democracy. Iron Cross doesn't work with Doomsday

Sorry, meant to say Armageddon. I did a clean install but will try again.

EDIT: {cough} helps if you install the 1.01 patch {cough} and then the revision 3 file {cough} ... je suis un numskull

You need Patch 1.2 for Armageddon or it will not work. You can not use 1.3beta.
