Hi all,

I am wondering what's the (technical or otherwise) reason for which we do not have a tag called "Ironman Compatible" on Steam that would filter the mods we can use in Ironman from those we can't. Myself play mostly Ironman, on all PDS games but I do like some of the graphical or UI improvements in some of the mods. However, finding and installing only Ironman mods is sometimes a pain, as some mod creators won't specify and even if a mod looks purely graphics / UI, it still messes the checksum, so the mod is unusable for me.

This looks like a fairly straightforward solution, but for some reason, it wasn't implemented yet. I'm genuinely curious how come. Is this something that Steam needs to do, or the Mod Creators need to start using the tag? Never used Steam Workshop as a mod creator so I don't know.

Many thanks.

I obviously can't speak in hte name of Paradox and how easily it is to implement.

But modders can basically add any tag in the descriptor file of their mods. Thise will automatically appear, especially f used enough. But usually, i think modders add it in the description of their mod in the Workshop.
