As we have all found out, evasion and accuracy are addictive.

My question is, if I make a weapon, say, the Techyon Lance, have an accuracy of 120%, then shoot it at a ship with 60% evasion, what would be my hit rate? Would it be 100-60=40%, or does the engine take the above 100 accuracy into account and produce a hit rate of 120-60=60%?

Unrelated question. Missiles skip the evasion calculation altogether. What about Proton Torpedoes? Do they ignore evasion like missiles do?
