Are the counties of Akershus and Viken held by the same person (a duke or king, probably), who got excommunicated on that day? That would explain the claims on August 18th, too.
As for this being declared multiple times, I don't know why, maybe he just likes to file things in triplicate. It won't have an effect on the game though, he'll still only have 1 claim on each of the two counties, anything more than that is redundant.

Since we only know his first name it might be 3 differen Erik's (unlikely, but possible).
Bugs should be in the bug-reporting, but there is no point in reporting this since it is extremely unlikely that Paradox will fix these kinds of bugs (remember the game was released 6 years ago).
