is it normal that dejure drift crazy fast when playing mongol ?

I am playing Temüjin in 1178 and when i've claiming the mongol kingdom, it starts to dejure drift almost all mongol empire territory into the mongol kingdom very very fast even for duchies I don't control.

Wondering why this happen, dejure drift take 100 years normally
