Is there a event to find Dark Sister or Blackfyre?

As the title says, As a Targ is it possible to find any one of them? I won the war of the usurper as Rhaegar and it would be cool to find at least one of them. I know that Blackfyre is held by the Golden company at least in the AFFC scenario and I did a tour of the Lands Beyond the Wall and didn't find anything.

You can get Blackfyre through the "Obtain a valyrian sword" ambition. But to get Dark Sister, you must first have Blackfyre and use again the "Obtain a valyrian sword" ambition with a character without a valyrian sword.

Iirc there are two ways to do this, either you try the ambition with a new targaryen ruler who doesn't have Blackfyre, or you give Blackfyre to a family member and retry the ambition.

I'm not sure, but I also think you get blackfyre VS upon ascending to the IT as Aegon VI.

By the way those events&ambitions man84 mentions for obtaining a new VS are really fun and cool.

My Targ kings cant have the "Obtain Valyrian Steel Sword" ambition. Is there a reason for that or has my game bugged out?

It's scripted that if you have one the chances to find the other are greatly increased; right?

I think its because your character already had a sword at some point in his life, giving you the valyrian steel flag ( dont remember what its called ). You could hand the sword you already have to your sons future wife, and then when you die and take control of your son, you should be able to use the ambition to get a sword, at least that was how i got multiple swords.

I think you might need the ambitious trait or a combination of proud and greedy? Not totally sure

I started as Rhaegar in Roberts Rebellion so no, I've never had a sword and neither have my heirs (Rhaegars grandson now sits the Iron Throne)
