Is there a way to see the Regions in game on the map?

Cause i'm trying to expand the Steppe but can't find a way to see what counts a Siberia.

You should see an underlined geographical region if you hover over the decision that, when clicked, outlines the territories. The same is true for any formable ("Unite all the Slavs" etc.).
