Is there any 'Slave promotion disallowed' toggle for the entire area/region?

I know there is a 'slave promotion allowed' toggle in each territory. But it's too much micro.
So is there any for entire area/region somewhere? I just wanna keep slaves of integrated cultures for many purposes.

Afaik no. I personally would prefer an automatic 'slave promotion disallowed' for certain goods to be enabled
