I have posted a problem. I can see someone else posted the same problem a while back and theres no answers. It leaves me at the question. Is there no support for this Game any more:sad:?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues. Sadly I personally have little expertise in trying to solve these issues for you, but I'm trying to rouse the devs to come back here and work things out.

From looking at the logs provided in the posts it seems there are a lot of non-english installations. Would it be possible to try and set the game to English and see if it works better? (I'm not saying it should be like that, but might give a hint to what is really causing the problems)

Really appreciate this, thanks BjornB. From the crash issues to the poor performance, people just want answers. If they've dropped support entirely (which is what it looks like), we should at least be told. I'm a new customer as a result of the recent sale and I find performance in KAII appalling; to then come here to see numerous crashes and other failures ignored is not giving me a particularly good impression of Neocore, or Paradox either for that matter!

Hoping we get a response soon. :)

it's very, very frustrating when you buy something new and it doesn't work. It's even more frustrating when there is nobody around to help you solve the problem. Could you please inform us if we can "give the game back" so to speak and get the purchase price back as compensation? It seems to me that I've put too much faith into both Neocore and Paradox...
 
Sending a mail to neocore was the first thing I did when I realized they hadn't been around here quite a while.
 
I have received word from Neo-Core that they intend to get back in here. Lets be friendly and welcoming to Kate (whom I assume it will be (possible wrong use of "whom")) so they won't be scared away again! :)

Bjorn, this won't do. Just telling people to be friendly to those who do not support their own software after being asked to do it ... And still not a single comment from them...

No comment from Neocore yet although "Kate" seems to have been around here lately. Is this game still being supported or are you just going to move it into the "Classic Games" department? The lack of professionalism and / or lack of communication from both Neocore and Paradox is quite disappointing.

I certainlly hope they get back and improve this game with some bugfixes and some performance optimizations. That would ease my heart ten folds, I really love King Arthur II and will probably get the Dead Legions DLC soon if I can.

Come and fix fix :D

Frankly, Dead Legions doesn't add much to the game. It's just the introduction to the actual main story.

And the good news: our programmers were still following the forums even though we did not comment (we were preparing for and attending E3, that is why), and the next patch is already on the way :)
