Thinking the answer to this is NO but wanted to check. I told a drone to go out and fix my explorer. The dude never made it back. I found him dead in the middle of nowhere. Nothing told me it happened nor can I find a place where it shows dead drones out there.

Me too. I had the same situation with two drones, one for my rover and one for my hub. I managed to find the rover one and resuscitate him, poor little fellow, but the hub one is still out there, getting more and more feeble, wondering what he did to make nobody care about him. Makes me sad, it does.

Seriously, though, it's not that I mind the loss of a drone, losses are to be expected, it's that he takes up a spot in my hub that I can't put a replacement in.
