I loaded DD but I dont have no limit patch with Hoi2 is it the problem?

The game gives an error as soon as I double click on hoi2 logo :wacko:

Why would you think not having a time limit patch be a problem?

What version of Doomsday are you trying to run?
Most likely you have installed a game patch to some folder other than where the game is installed which means it can't find some of the game's files, including some .csv ('Excel files').
