I double click it it says EIC's loading then just does nothing. anything you recommend?

could you post the content of log.html from your installation folder?
We have added better support for older graphics cards to our upcoming patch (Patch 2) and that could probably fix your problem. But we will know more when we see the log-file content.

I think it might be a virus my computer is not liking me at all right now I will reboot windows see if that solves it
