Karma from Call to Arms scales with number of attackers

Description​

It says in the tooltip that you gain +25 flat karma from answering a CTA, but you actually get +25 for every single enemy tag in the war. This scales to ridiculous numbers very quickly, as even a single enemy ally leads to +50 karma.

Steps to reproduce​

The easiest way is to start as Pegu and ally Prome or Taungu. Then tag switch over to Ayutthaya with their two subjects and declare war on Pegu. Tag switch again to their ally and they will have gained +75 karma, 25 for Ayutthaya and 25 for each of their subjects.

Game Version​

1.36.1, but I've seen someone experiencing this all the way back in 03/11, which was in 1.35.6
