Landed AI it's very reluctant to marry

Description​

I noticed since W&W dropped that it's very common for landed AI to not get married.

Steps to reproduce​

Let the game run for 100 years or so and check your vassals and their vassals. You can find adult landed AI that it's a ruler for over 10 years and still not married. Load the save and check for Saintonage, Montpellier, Penthievre, Avranches, Nottinghamshire, Worcestershire just to name a few.
