Launcher not opening on MacOS since most recent launcher update.

Description​

The launcher won't open anymore, even without mods. When I hit play on Steam the button turns blue and says "Cancel" for a few seconds, then says "Stop" for a split second before turning green again and going back to "Play". The CK3 process never starts, even for an instant. I tried verifying game files, and changing the game version from the beta menu on Steam but all of the ones I tried (1.8, 1.7, and launch) yielded the same result.

Steps to reproduce​

I opened the game launcher, clicked the update flag and the launcher restarted to update. After the update the launcher no longer launches. I'm running an M1 Macbook Pro 14" on MacOS 12.6 (21G115).

I'm experiencing the same issue after the last launcher update. Currently I'm running Ventura 13.5.2. Have you received any assistance from Paradox?

I did a full reinstall and that fixed it. Seems like this might be a known bug, but only affects Mac so it's very low priority.
