Launcher updates then never came back

I have tried deleting the files for the launcher/game, reinstalled the whole game, checked all of my C++ redistributables, and did many more things. Whenever I try to launch stelaris.exe directly I get the VCRUNTIME_1.ddl error, and I honestly don't know what to do anymore. If I can provide something to help lmk. TY in advance
