Laundry room don't work for reception room. In Reception room no uniforms. I post photo bellow, laundry room is connected via Logistics to Reception room but workers don't bring clean uniforms but they do pick up dirty uniforms. That's new bug with your new update of the game.

So I tried recreating this. Ran a prison and they definitely restocked the clean uniforms for me.

Second image was about 12h in game later.

Are you perhaps running any mods? If not, could I get a copy of your save file? You'll need to zip the .prison file to attach it here.
