sweet. your just uploading the save games right?

sweet. your just uploading the save games right?

Not exactly. When I upload there will be 2 saves for ARMA and 1 for AoD. Each one will come with ALL of my modifications and a step-by-step installation guide. I hope someone will AAR off of this - but hey! A creator's dream . . . .:D

well i am cursed with downloading mods and saves, so if i can get it to work, i might create a miniAAR or maybe even a full one from the american standpoint. maybe. the lebensraum pact still needs attention to grow from its infancy, and once i can download AoD i plan to do a special AAR. maybe a vicky one too, to garner get some viewers over there to check out my others in HOI2. maybe you should try that too if you can handle 4 AARs (assuming you continue LMCP)

arya126 - I'm in this until Armitage and his foul dictatorship are crushed. The story part didn't really work out, did it though? I'm eager to move on so I can do better in a later AAR.

Admiral Cunningham continues his effort to deny the Canal to the Allies. The USN doesn't like this plan. I STILL don't care:D

screensave415.png

This is the Caribbean theater in June of 1947. The Allies have been driven out of South America proper, but they maintain control of the Panama Canal and the occupied Falklands. Both of those installations are causing major headaches for the League High Command.

Off Japan, the IJN runs into a pair of US carriers returning from bombing Fukushima harbor. The battle is swift, and the USA withdraws with both carriers badly damaged.

The NRB Sao Paulo returns to try and break Cunningham again. The British Admiral keeps his cool and deals out vicious punishment.

However - The League realizes that as long as the Panama Canal remains open the USA can never be defeated. So - they move to close it.

Bye bye, Panama, we'll miss you.

america shall hold the canal with all its might! i guess the loss of 116 divs at cumana dealt a severe blow to the usa

No updates tonight, I think. For any of my AARs. Evidently Supreme Commander 2 runs on fucking Steam just like Empire: Total War. God, I hate Steam.

Anyway - the patching for SC2 is playing hell with my internet load rates, and will be going until the wee hours of tomorrow morning. I simply promise a whole horde of updates for all my AAR's tomorrow, in recompense:D

In the English Channel, Admiral Nomura sallied after a US carrier force engaged docked League ships in Portsmouth. He inflicted no significant damage to the enemy fleet, but sustained none, either.

The very same American force later ran into Admiral Cunningham's battleships retreating from the Caribbean. However, this time the results were more pronounced.

Around this time, the League's troops in Panama were stopped only three miles from the Canal. Slowly, the League's troops withdrew under intense Mexican-Canadian counterattacks, the battered Americans that had fought on the defense resting.

Also the research into "Miniaturized Nuclear Bombs" was completed around this time, leading to a spike in construction speed.

Off Niihau, Admiral Tovey ran into a US carrier trying to sneak into port on the island. Again, no ships were sunk on either side, but the USS United States steamed away with heavy damage.

Alright folks - the LMCP upload is complete. I'll edit in a link to it here.

I'll push on a bit more with LMCP, but I might just end it here and now. Not many people appear to be following and the story element withered and died somewhere in the middle of all this.

I just need to know how to upload on Megaupload and it'll go up:rolleyes:

I think we're all following - we just don't have much to say. Keep it up! :)

Well - Uploading LMCP now. When it's finished, I'll put links to it in this post, the first one and my sig.:D

After that - I'll probably upload the rest of the screenies that I have (About 2 months worth) and then move on. LMCP didn't turn out like I wanted it to.:( I started it as a first AAR and now that I've learned (From it and AARsenal/bananas) I'm ready to give another shot at something similar. All I will say about this new project is that one man's living or dying can make A World of Difference.;)

This is almost farewell, my friends. I will say that the upload includes an early '44 scenario in both versions, as well as an Armageddon '42 and my latest AoD save. Playing as the USA in that one and trying to turn the war around is certainly worth an AAR.:D

Farwell League. You've brought us many bright moments. And now you're dying. However, you will not die eternally, your soul will lead us to the beautiful future. Rest in peace League, rest in peace. Amen.

:D

The LMCP download is here:D

Enjoy - and remember to check out my renewed AAR attempt, A World of Difference.

I'll put up all my remaining screeshots over the next few days, and post a description of my intended plotline for anyone who wants to follow it with my save.

finally got LMCP to work- that is truly the meaning of epic. Germany with over 500 air units, 120 division fronts on the Eastern Front, 3 nations with over 35 carriers... :D
all I can say is it's going to be a bitch beating the League. Any hints? Please?

Wow . . . been so long I'd almost forgotten the thread existed . . . .

My only hint is to knock out the British Isles as fast as possible. That's where a lot of LMCP industry is concentrated. Also - if you're the USA or Germany then get aggressive with your navy. The Royal Navy/IJN really can't weather a full-blown naval war with any real grace. And again if you're the USA I would suggest withdrawing from Niihau. It's just a waste of 400,000 men ATM.

The League's reactor is in South Korea. Just a hint.
