I was wondering how and if any lend lease event ocurr for the SU in core? i've played SU mostly and noticed nothing so far. Historically UK and USA did provide materials.

Is this dependant on say your relationship with them ie not being -200 b/c of spys lol

They were in 0.25, though didn't actually work. I can't say for sure that's fixed for 0.30, but they will be included somewhere along the road.
