In vanilla CK2, we have "Confucian bureaucracy" as form of government in Western Protectorate. However, in China was more philosophical and rulership schools and another very important was legalist (legist) school.
I am very poor at modding, so I want to ask if someone is willing to create government mod (include event) based on legalist ideology. I will give you details.
