So when I started a new game I decided to go with the lets get pagan start so all pagan religions come into play, I cheated to reform them all/create religious heads right off the bat for those who can and brought back the sunni caliphate too. I am trying to bring back the papacy and make Italy Catholic but I haven't a clue how to make the papal state title it just said hold 2 duchy titles and it will cost 0 piety and 500 gold. Any help? (without going into save files I know diddlysquat about that.)
