Liege hates me for tripping (homage event issue)

Description​

I paid homage to my liege with a gift of gold. Unluckily, my character tripped over himself and was laughed at by my liege and his court. The liege got two opinion modifiers: "Contempt" and "Hatred". Shouldn't it be the humiliated vassal who gets the "Hatred" opinion modifier against their liege?

Steps to reproduce​

Pay homage to your liege, fail.
Possibly requires that you speak your liege's court language (otherwise I get a different event where my character fails to properly speak the court language, never noticed this issue in this case)
