When I try to start CK2 from Treminal for Stdout/Stderr the game closes with following error message:
Code:
./ck2: error while loading shared libraries: libGLU.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
This libary seems to be part of steam, if I launch via steam ---xyz it launches, but not as a outputting child process.

Also CK2 seems to rely purely on the 32 bit subsystem (I thought there is a 64 bit binary as well, but maybe I mixing it up with windows and/or EU4 ) .

All versions of CK2 and EU4 are 32bit.

Your error seems like a pathing or library problem, but I simply don't know enough about Linux to go further with that. You probably need help from Ubuntu support resources to track it down.

Good luck!
