Hi all,

I am currently facing the problem that the Mod Manager is not showing up in my main menu. ( https://i.imgur.com/7V4clfK.jpg ). From what I gather, the mod tools are not available on linux, but the mod manager should actually be working.

I also tried to just install some mods in order to force it to show up, although I am not sure in what the correct location for mods is. I tried the following directories:

/mnt/MainData/Games/SurvivingMars/game/mods
/mnt/MainData/Games/SurvivingMars/mods
/home/mydayyy/.local/share/Surviving Mars/mods

greetings

How do you actually download the file?

Yeah it might be a dumb question to some, but I also find that Github doesn't exactly make it obvious where the "download" links are, preferring instead to offer me the code behind a project...

It worked!

For me - a GOG.com user - I copied "BinAssets" and "README.MD" to (which was the default installation directory for me):
/Home/GOG Games/Surviving Mars/game/<folder and file here>

Thanks!

Ha, funny - so it is indeed a bug with the gog linux version and I am not crazy.

Nevertheless, I already refunded the game two months ago after not being able to resolve it myself.

Thanks anyways!
