Local mod won't load in-game

I have my mod that i wanted to modify. Steam version of it loads sperfectly fine.

But local version, with path in .mod files, with absolutely the same files, won't load in game, yet it appears in launcher.

And yes, i've unsubscribed from my mod at steam, created a new mod and transfered files here, deleted launcher cache, nothing ****** works.

I need help.

Funnily enough I have the reverse problem:
Uploaded a mod (Boosted Clerks). The local version works just fine for me, but the workshop doesn't functions at all for me. But it seems to work fine for other ppl.
