Working on a LOD model for my existing building which is already on the workshop and Simtropolis. The thing is that the LOD model and its textures seem to work fine in the Asset Editor. However, after saving the asset and actually bringing it into the game, the LOD textures go bonkers. It doesn't load the diffuse map, instead it creates some weird textures that are clearly not in the diffuse map I made.

This is the normal model at the zoom level before LOD model takes over:

This is the LOD model with all the textures screwed up. It seems to work fine in the Asset Editor. I didn't even use yellow and blue for textures, so that means it took the textures off somewhere.

Also, I'm new to LOD models. This is actually the first game I had to make LOD models for. How do you actually make LOD models from your original higher poly model? My original model has about 1200 polys. I've been using Optimise to lower the count but it screws the entire model very badly if I get it to below 100 polys. Btw, I tried with a 100 poly LOD model as well, the texture does not load either.
