Create your own LOD model and textures. Make it around 100 tris. You need to unwrap your LOD model. Then just name it yourmodel_LOD.fbx and the textures yourmodel_LOD_d.png, yourmodel_LOD_s.png and so on.
 
as far as i know you can only have LoD models, you dont need specific textures for the LoD, just arrange the UV map of your LoD model in a way that vaguely resembles the original object. it won't be seen from close anyway :p
