I've created a model and added a LOD version which is under 100 tris, but for some reason ingame when I zoom out the LOD model's texture can't be seen because it is really shiny like a specular texture is on the object. I added a specular texture to the normal model, and thought it might have copied it over to the LOD version, so I removed the specular texture. It removes it from the normal model as expected, but it still does the same thing on the LOD version, even though it shouldn't have any specular properties anymore.
Does anyone know what is wrong, or if I can fix it, or is it just a bug?
