I calculated the needed daily POP income to fulfill all their needs at the market equilibrium . By doing this i found a few logical bugs in POP demands :
I use the demands from the need.txts

1.Clergymen demand 1 fuel , 0,5 automobiles and 0,5 aeroplanes
Capitalists demand 1 fuel but 1 automobiles and 1 aeroplanes

That implifies that Capitalists drive 50% thriftier than Clergymen .

Farmers demand 0,5 automobiles , but 0 fuel . So how can they drive at all ?

2. Craftsmen , Soldiers , Farmers and Labourers demand 0 cattle at all .

That implifies they never eat meat . I would suggest a demand for cattle of 0,25 for them or at least 0,1 .

3. Clerks consume the most fish , grain and cattle . 1,5 x as much fish + cattle than Capitalists , even 2 x as much grain as Capitalists . For fruits , the only other type of food , their demand is equal to the demand of Capitalists .

This would mean that the middle class Clerks eat more then the high class Capitalists/Aristocrats which is unreasonable because while Clerks would eat e.g. sausages Capitalists would eat e.g. caviar .

In Victoria as it is Clerks have to pay more for food than Capitalists though .
So i would either include a new consumer good , luxury food , produced in a new factory or decrease the Clerk demand for food while increasing the food demand of Capitalists/Aristocrats .

Code:
Aristocrats Officers Clergy Capitalists Clerks Craftsmen Soldiers Farmers Laborers
Li	Ev	Lu	Li	Ev	Lu	Li	Ev	Lu	Li	Ev	Lu	Li	Ev	Lu	Li	Ev	Lu	Li	Ev	Lu	Li	Ev	Lu	Li	Ev	Lu
Total Cost daily needs Li/Ev/Lu per POP 10,7	26,4	46,6	1,3	6,5	61,5	1,3	6,5	40,9	10,7	26,4	46,6	1,55	3,25	20,75	0,6	1,95	28,55	0,53 2	22,72	0,6	2,05	21,82	0,5	2,05	22,72
Total Cost daily needs per POP 83,7 69,3 48,7 83,7 25,55 31,1 25,25 24,47 25,27

Clerks as middle class demand less goods then Craftsmen from low class and only mariginally more then Farmers,Laborers and Soldiers .

[edit] fixed chart
[edit 2] fixed chart even more , now it is at least readable . I don't know how to fix some strange formatting errors like Clerks written Cl erks
