Looking for a mod

Hello,
Last time I played Darkest Hour was few years ago, wanted to refresh it but I'm missing one graphic mod. It was replacing vanilla division icons (which look ugly for me) with nice painted ones. I remember there was set of icons for each major country which depicted actual models used by this country.
