Lords of the elephant and education level 5

Description​

There is no difference in having a level 4 or level 5 education and having the lords of the elephants tradition.

Steps to reproduce​

Create 2 custom rulers with level 4 and level 5 educations. And compare bonuses of them.
Or play around with debug-mode and edit ruler that exists already.

Fastest way is just to look at the code that do not mention level 5 education at all

Why should a level 5 education make Lords of the Elephant better? The only bug I can see here is that the description should be updated with references to the level 5 traits.

Anyway, like that you report what you see as an error in such detail. Even if we don't agree.

Thank you for your report. It seems that adding level 5 of education traits created inconsistency within lords of the elephant trait, so at least tooltip update is warranted.. While further increasing bonuses might lead to balance issues, I will include both options in my report. Ultimately it will be Designers decision.

Please note that this does not directly influence gameplay as it is the same it was before introducing new traits, so it will be most likely a low priority for now.
