Lose of stats as a child in character creation

Description​

I've created multiple child characters in the character creation and each time that i have the child loses their base stats and so I'm left with a character with no stats at all. It does not seem to affect adult characters, and only children. Doesn't matter what age from 0 - 15. It has made my iron man games much harder to run with the lose of the base stats
