For some strange reason, in one of my ongoing games I've lost the 'Colonize' casus belli against Ruins.
When I try to declare war on a ruin, the option is greyed out, saying "X must have a valid casus belli to declare war".
Switching to other characters doesn't fix it and none of my successors have regained it. It's just disappeared from this particular game.
After checking my old saves, something happened between 8350 and 8355 that removed Colonize from the game.
Can anyone help me with this?
