Hey all! F72Voyager here. I'll be painfully honest, I have almost zero idea what I'm doing, so this initial post is as much to gauge interest as it is to set up the guidelines and introduce our starting ruler. As for the...

Guidelines:
1. I will only sparingly use console commands. I'll admit it, it does happen. Not to any serious extent, though, I assure you and then, only for continuation of the story or to fit within the RP constructed. For example, when the only surviving character of the dynasty happens to have a mild case of celibacy or is stricken with a physical lack of balls, I'll have to fix that. Beyond extreme cases like that, though, zero commands.
2. Mods. Almost entirely unobtrusive, specifically Colored Buttons, Local Noble Recruitment, and some bugfixes for events that Holy Fury and Great Works broke.
3. The only minor exception to #2 is Three Doctrines Reform and that's only because I have a very specific idea of what the Occultist reformation might look like. If the reformer's character doesn't quite fit, I will, of course do something else. But three doctrines gives me some flexibility while not being incredibly excessive.
4. I probably won't be able to continue this right away beyond this first post. Finals Week has just started for me, so that has to be priority numero uno. If I have time where I'm not studying, though, I'll definitely be working on the AAR.

Starting Character:

Meet Enoch Sununu. Those of you who are familiar with this region in AtE may be confused, but fear not! This is technically Enoch Corrigan, Chief of the Tribe of Concord, as he is at the start of the game. I just changed the dynasty name and shield to fit with the story I intend to tell.
Why Sununu, then? Good question. Simple answer: The Sununu's are a major political family in current-day New Hampshire. Chris Sununu is the current Governor, his older brother was a Congressman, and their father was also Governor of NH and also President George H.W. Bush's Chief of Staff. They're kind of a big deal in my homeland. So, I will be playing as Gov. Sununu's descendants, attempting to rebuild what the Event (and House Mahonic) stole from their family.

Starting position for those who are unfamiliar with American geography. Or just the region in general. (That's a lot of white space. Woops.)
I'm really looking forward to this, though Enoch's starting position isn't great, the Theurgy of Green Mountains and the Tribe of Nogad should be a buffer for Holy Wars. Fingers Crossed.

Welcome to AAR writing.

It's ok, none of the rest of us really know what we are doing either :D

Welcome to the world of AAR writing! May this, your first AAR, be successful and memorable as all firsts should be.

Go, go, go New England! Still attached to the original settlers you are. Make the forebears of the land proud. A shining city!
Cheers!

Interesting. Most people starting in New England play as the Count of Boston but Concord was where the American Revolution was started after all. Seems like you'd do what people do in Finland in 1066: unite the local tribes and become a king.
Wrong Concord. The one that you're thinking of is essentially a suburb of Boston. But, yeah, forming the kingdom of New England is one of my initial primary goals.
