For some reason the xbox series x isn't playing the xbox one x version of the game but is instead playing with standard xbox one settings - 1080p, jagged edges, low res textures, detailed models not loading until super close, etc. I was thinking of picking up the new dlcs / content creator packs during the recent sale but I opened up the game and it seems to have undergone a massive downgrade over the last 8 months. Can you please re-enable the xbox one x settings for the series x.

After the latest update for "Plazas & Promenades", I have the same graphical downgrade. But curiously, not for the edges, which seem to have returned to 4K resolution. (so sidesrolling seems to be back to smooth 60 fps)

However, all building textures, animation props on buildings (like rotating ferris wheels or gondolas on rollercoasters) or pedestrian animations have completely disappeared. Some banners on building walls that contain ads for in-game companies are sharply readable, and cars (and trains) also don't seem to be affected by the downgrade, however ships seem to be popping up on harbors before vanishing again.

Has Cities Skylines reached its full potential on Xbox consoles, so that no more graphical props can be displayed, without breaking the BGS, or is this just a messed-up patch that doesn't work on Xbox Series consoles?
