Lua51.dll File Missing

Today a weird thing happened to me, i was playing CK2, i abandoned a game to go back to the first menu and the game crashed!
Then i tried to relaunch it through Steam and the game launcher, but in the game launcher i did not see the DLC associated to the game and once i tried to launch it it gave me the following message error:

************** Debug JIT **************
Per attivare il debug JIT, è necessario impostare il valore
jitDebugging nella sezione system.windows.forms del file di configurazione
dell'applicazione o del computer (machine.config).
L'applicazione inoltre deve essere compilata con il debug
attivato.

Ad esempio:

</configuration>

Quando il debug JIT è attivato, tutte le eccezioni non gestite
vengono inviate al debugger JIT registrato nel computer,
anziché essere gestite da questa finestra di dialogo."

It is in Italian but it basically is related to the JIT debug, which seems not to be activated anymore (as long as i could understand).
Then i tried to manually launch it from the paradox folder from the C and it displayed an error saying:
"Impossible to launch the program since lua51.dll is missing. Try to reinstall the game". How do you that from Steam without losing the saved games, or how can i fix the lua51.dll file missing???

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Search your machine for a copy of that file, and if you find it anywhere copy it into the CK2 directory. If and only if you are sure you do not have a copy of this file anywhere on your PC, unzip the attached file and put the .dll in your CK2 directory.
