I was just thinking about how I'd love to create some Macros for tedious but useful actions. Do these exist and if so, do they make Ironman disabled?

For example, I'd love a Macro to 'invite all who will join me across all the lands to my court' with the ability to change the criteria to 'female, aged 21 or under' or something like that?

I don't know if those exist, but they would certainly disable Ironman. Ironman mode only allows mods that are purely cosmetic: they cannot change the game state directly or indirectly, they can only change the way information is represented.
